I resolve to kick anyone back twice as hard as they kick me. So as ye give, so shall ye receive yet unto twice the kickage.

My New Years' resolution was pretty simple. Lose 10 pounds. Unfortunately, the execution will be tougher. It involves going to the gym on a regular basis and actually thinking about what I eat on occasion instead of stuffing myself with crap.

Constant reevaluation is definitely a good idea. Far better than the "one shot or I give up" attitude most people take.

I'm also 100% in support of your resolution to regularly kick Billy.

I resolve to kick Billy every third Wednesday.

Actually, this year instead of making all the resolutions I usually do (run every day, go to church every Sunday, discover a new genome of french fry) I'm going to try reevaluating myself every 40 days or so. I chose 40 days because it's a good long period that won't coincide with paying bills, etc and hopefully I won't make observations about myself because I've been thinking about how much the electricity bill was. (Too much comput0rz!)

I guess I'm like everybody else that at the beginning of the year you feel like you've got a clean slate. Then as soon as you flub up you give up on yourself for the whole rest of the year. Maybe lots of little evaluations can help me to keep trying even after I mess up.
